Uthrive mentorship program is designed to support professionals at all levels as well as
entrepreneurs in areas where they struggle, by creating a platform where mentees can gain practical knowledge, guidance, and feedback from experienced mentors.
Key Objectives of the program include;
- Connect mentees to experienced and trustworthy mentors with a proven track record of valuable experience in the subject matter
- Support mentees to apply gained insights to their work and businesses with evidence of growth, increased performance, and increased productivity
- Offer mentors an opportunity to give back to society and help the next generation by sharing their experiences
Structure of the Uthrive Mentorship Program
Duration
Each mentoring cohort is scheduled to run for a period of 6 months, with at least one meeting per month. Mentors and mentees will be advised to set up as many meetings as are convientent. Continous contact can be made over phone or email.
Mentoring Topics
Mentoring topics will be selected by the uthrive team based on the peculiarity of the pair. However, this does not mean other problem areas cannot be addressed.
Pricing
The mentorship program is priced at $100 per cohort (six months)
